- Year 1 to 3 – 3 weeks paid vacation time, 2 1/2 weeks of paid sick time and paid holiday time.
- Years 4 and 5 – 4 weeks paid vacation time, 3 weeks of paid sick time and paid holiday time.
- Years 6+ – 6 weeks of paid vacation time, 3 weeks of paid sick time and paid holiday time. That’s 9 weeks of paid time off in one year!
- Additionally, full time staff can take up to 6 months of unpaid time off.

At Progress Foundation, every open position is posted in-house, and every internal candidate is interviewed. Most of our Assistant Directors and Program Directors were internal hires. Paid Insurance Benefits
At Progress Foundation we pay for your Medical, Dental, Vision, Employee Assistant Program and Life Insurance at 100% for our employees.
We also offer a range of voluntary benefits that are available to you at a small cost, these benefits include – Short-term disability, long-term disability, accident insurance, critical illness insurance, additional voluntary life insurance, FSA, parking and transit commuter benefits.
All employees are offered an opportunity to participate in our 403B retirement plan.
Management employees, get an additional non- matching 4% of their salary paid into their retirement plan, with a vesting schedule of one year. – Awesome! That is an additional 4% salary in one year!
