Referrals to San Francisco
Programs
Diversion Evaluation Team (DET)
DET’s purpose is to manage referrals and any necessary
triage services for Progress Foundation’s San Francisco
programs. Our referrals are typically from emergency and
urgent care services in San Francisco’s public and
private hospitals, San Francisco Community Behavioral
Health Services outpatient clinics, and San Francisco’s
residential treatment programs. The Team offers an array
of evaluation, referrals, triage, training and clinical
consulting services. Please contact (415) 750-9859 with
questions or to refer an individual.
Progress Foundation and DET are committed to providing
relevant social rehabilitation services to our clients
within community mental health. As a result of this commitment,
we have found that clarity in distinguishing clinical,
programmatic and system issues is essential in providing
effective and relevant services and developing non-institutional
and comprehensive social rehabilitation services and alternatives
for clients.

to the Napa Programs (Progress Place, Randolph House,
and Laurel House and the Napa Supported Living Program),
please contact the Program Director or Napa Clinical

Referrals to Sonoma Programs: For referrals
to our Sonoma program please call 1-707-526-6902 and
ask for the Program Director or Assistant Director.
